User Manual for Sonar

STEP 1:Download APP

(1) Android users log in the Google Play to download the APP for free;

(2) IOS users log on to the Apple Store to download the APP for free.

STEP 2:Start

Please put the sonar into the water ,After the smart sonar fish finder enters the water, it automatically turns on the green attracting fish lamp and the sonar starts to work.

STEP 3:Bluetooth connection

There are too many versions of the Android system. When Android phone users connect to the sonar for the first time, please make sure to connect in your phone's Bluetooth settings, rather than in the JOYLOG APP. If you do not follow the instructions, the APP may not be able to successfully establish a Bluetooth connection with the sonar.

  • To connect the fish finder for the first time, please open the phone Settings - Bluetooth search and connect the fish finder Bluetooth signal.
  • Please remove or disconnect the Bluetooth connection from other devices.The connection between bluetooth is one-to-one. Please make sure the phone is not connected to another bluetooth device when connecting to the fish finder.
  • Turn on the "Bluetooth" connectionin your phone, the phone will automatically search the fish finder signal and display “Blue Joylog” in the list of available devices,and then click “Blue Joylog” and input default password: 1234, it works after it paired successfully.

    Warm reminder：

    Please note that you should authorize the JOYLOG APP to use storage, obtain location information and turn on Bluetooth.

    If the user does not agree with the privacy policy and denies the APP access to the following permissions, the Bluetooth connection will not be possible.

    • Storage:Access and change files on internal storage
    • Location information:allow the app get location information
    • Bluetooth:Turn Bluetooth on or off
